Today has been quite an eventful day. Alex drove down to my parents' place to return their car, and is taking public transportation up to a Far Away City, where he has a training orientation for Alex's Job. It is quite a trip. On my mind: new vegetarian menu items, apartment organization, and the Veteran's Day concert my choir has on Tuesday. I need to practice conducting "Simple Gifts." I also have a literature review due on Tuesday that I haven't started typing yet.
I don't like being alone in the apartment. Every noise sounds creepy. I'm struggling to rejoice in the Lord- it's like a conscious choice I have to make over and over again. We are looking for a used car.
